If your presentation during the conference will be as POSTER, note that: The POSTER SIZE must be: max. A1 size (594 mm x 841 mm) in Portrait (see sample image). Allocate the top of the poster for the title and author's name, as stated in the submitted abstract. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of two meters (six feet). Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available. Please check the Conference Final Program for the poster board number assigned to you, as well as the date of presentation. Your poster should be displayed as per the number in the Program. Posters are to be mounted from 2 hours before the Poster Session, on your assigned day.

Please remove your poster at the conclusion of the session.  

The Conference organisation will not be responsible for posters that are not removed. Posters (topic wise) are expected to be presented on October 21 and 22.
